REFUND POLICY – Please read carefully! ➢ Any student who has enrolled yet unable to attend their scheduled class, may enroll in a future training at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, provided they email Amanda@MocatMentor.com before class begins. ➢ If a student is unable to attend class and desires a refund, we will base it on the following: ➢ Students cancelling 14 days or more prior to their class date must submit written request, including name, mailing address and phone number to Amanda@MocatMentor.com and will be issued a refund less a $150 processing fee. All refunds will be paid by check sent certified U.S. Mail; Requests to expedite check via Express Mail will incur an additional $30. ➢ MOCAT is not responsible for refund checks that are lost or stolen. If this occurs, there shall be an additional $25 stop payment fee applied before new check is sent. ➢ Under no circumstances shall refunds be issued once class begins.
